At DEOS Furniture, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Here’s what you need to know regarding your delivery:
Delivery Information
We offer standard delivery within the UK, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders under £200 will incur a £9.95 delivery fee, whilst orders £200 or over qualify for free standard delivery.
The above relates to our standard ranges and excludes Made To Order, Bespoke, customer tailored or products within the Apex ranges, where delivery can take 10-14days.
In some instances we may be able to offer express delivery within the UK, which typically takes 1-2 business days. If there is no option for this during the checkout stages, please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to making an online purchase.
Please note that as standard we do not currently offer international delivery, however would be happy to discuss this if required.

Frequently Asked Questions?
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are sometimes unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.
Do you send parcels to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature to ensure that order arrives safely and is received by the correct customer.
Is furniture available for next day delivery?
We may be unable to deliver furniture as part of our next business day delivery service. These products are delivered using specialised couriers who will contact you the day prior to delivery with an expected delivery time.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
The delivery time of your order depends on the type of products you have ordered and their expected delivery time.
If all of your products are available the parcels will be combined into one shipment and should be delivered at the same time. However, some carriers process shipments differently and as such the consignment may be broken up and delivered in parts.
If your products are a mixture of furniture and accessories and 2 – 3 business days, they will be sent to you on different delivery days depending on product availability. Product availability can be checked in the product description before adding an item to your basket.
Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, you will be unable to edit or change your delivery address after an order has been placed. Please ensure you check this information thoroughly prior to placing your order.
