The Chiro High Back is a fully contoured posture chair built to be adjusted around the person sitting in it rather than the other way round, easing discomfort for existing back sufferers and reducing the likelihood of posture-related problems developing in the first place. It carries the endorsement of respected chiropractor Dr Robert Bateman, and it is rated for round-the-clock use where a chair is shared across shifts.

INDEPENDENT CONTROL
Triple lever mechanism
Seat angle and backrest angle adjust separately, with a weight tilt you can lock off. Three levers rather than one compromise, which is what makes a full day in the chair workable.
ADJUSTABLE FIRMNESS
Pump-up lumbar support
A hand pump inflates the lumbar support to the firmness you want, from barely there to genuinely supportive, and lets it back down again. Useful when a chair is shared across shifts.

FIND YOUR ANGLE
Backrest tilt
The ratchet backrest locks at the angle you set, so you can sit upright to type and recline to read without the back swinging loose behind you.
SUPPORT WHERE YOU NEED IT
Height-adjustable backrest
The backrest moves independently of the seat, so the lumbar curve meets the small of your back rather than somewhere near it. Backs are not a standard height and neither is this one.
LEG LENGTH MATTERS
Seat slide
Slide the seat forward or back to suit the length of your legs. Too deep and the seat edge presses behind the knee; too shallow and you lose the backrest entirely.
ON THE ARM OPTIONS
Height-adjustable arms
Where arms are specified they raise and lower, so your forearms sit level with the desk and your shoulders drop. Arms are removable, and a folding option is available.
SET TO YOUR HEIGHT
Gas height adjustment
Raise or lower the seat until your feet are flat and your thighs are level. The first adjustment to make on any chair, and the one most often left where the last person put it.

Folding arms provide you the freedom of movement meaning you can sit closer to your desk. Folding or flipping the arms allow you to push the chair right under your desk and maintain posture or even save space for storage purposes.
CHOOSE YOUR BACK
Black or matched to the seat
The back can be upholstered in black regardless of the seat fabric, or matched to it. A black back is the more economical option; a matched back gives a single continuous colour.
