A mesh back draughtsman chair for bench and counter height work
Working at a bench, a counter or a drawing board means an ordinary office chair leaves you perched with your feet dangling. The Eclipse Plus II with the hi rise draughtsman kit is built for that: a longer gas lift taking the seat from 610mm to 860mm, and an adjustable footring so your feet still have somewhere to rest.
Above the base it is the Eclipse Plus II operator chair with a breathable mesh back. A twin lever mechanism controls the gas lift and the backrest separately, so the back locks at any angle you like or stays in permanent contact as you move, and the back raises and lowers to put the lumbar curve against the small of your back rather than somewhere near it.
The seat is dished with a waterfall front edge to take pressure off the back of the thigh, and the chair is rated for a full eight hour working day at up to 125kg.

CLEAR THE BENCH
Hi rise gas lift
The gas lift runs from 610mm to 860mm, so the seat clears a bench, counter or drawing board rather than a standard desk. Set the seat first, then drop the footring to meet your feet.
FIND YOUR ANGLE
Backrest tilt and lock
The twin lever mechanism reclines the mesh back and locks it at any angle. Leave it unlocked for permanent contact and the back follows you as you move.

Height-adjustable backrest
The back raises and lowers independently of the seat, so the lumbar curve meets the small of your back rather than somewhere near it.
SHOULDERS DOWN
Height-adjustable arms
Where arms are specified they raise and lower, so your forearms sit level with the work surface and your shoulders drop. Loop arms and folding arms are both available instead.

No arms, loop, height-adjustable or folding
Select your arm option above. Loop arms are a fixed, one-piece armrest; height-adjustable arms raise and lower to bring your forearms level with the work surface. Folding arms fold up out of the way so the chair tucks under a bench.
