Add one more desk to a bench you already have
Teams grow one person at a time. This extension bay adds a single desk with a scallop cut-out to an existing Synergy run, so nobody has to buy a whole new bench to seat one more person.
The extension carries a 25mm top with the same 730mm height and 50mm steel frame as the rest of the Synergy system, so it lines up exactly with the run it joins. Adjustable feet take up any unevenness in the floor.
Fifteen sizes cover almost any footprint: widths of 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600 and 1800mm, in 600, 700 or 800mm depth.
This product is generally held in stock for quick despatch.

Bench Desk Features
ADDS TO YOUR RUN
Bench extension
An extension bay adds to an existing Synergy bench rather than standing on its own, so a run can grow one or two desks at a time without replacing what is there.
CABLES OUT OF SIGHT
Scallop cut-out
A scallop cut-out in the top lets power and data drop through to the cable tray instead of looping over the back edge.
RATED TO 120KG
Built for real workloads
A 25mm top on a 50mm steel frame, rated to 120kg, so it carries monitor arms, docking stations and everything else a busy desk collects.
LEVEL ACROSS THE RUN
Adjustable feet
Each foot adjusts by up to 10mm, which is what keeps every top in the same plane when a run crosses an uneven floor.
See all features
RATED FOR REAL USE
24 hour rating
Specified for round-the-clock use, so it suits shift work, call centres and any floor where the desks are never really empty.
PEACE OF MIND
5 year guarantee
Components are guaranteed for five years, so the bench is covered well beyond the point where cheaper furniture starts to show its age. It is a straightforward measure of how long the frame and fittings are built to last.
Need the other cable option?
The same bench is made with cable ports in the top instead of a scallop cut-out.
Starting a new run?
The matching bench desk with A-frame legs starts a run that this extension can then add to.
