FORTY HIGH
Description
Forty chairs in one stack. That is the number that decides whether a hall can be turned around between an assembly and a lunch sitting, or whether it takes three members of staff and half an hour. The Arc High Density Stacker is designed around that single problem and solves it comprehensively.
Lightweight glass-fibre reinforced construction means one person can lift and move chairs comfortably, and the moulded carry handle is positioned where a hand naturally goes rather than where it was easiest to mould. The skid-friendly frame slides across a floor without scraping, so a stack can be walked into position rather than carried.
None of that comes at the cost of the sitter. It conforms to both parts of BS EN 1729, covering strength and stability as well as ergonomics, with the contemporary Arc profile that makes it presentable in a space visited by parents and governors as well as pupils.
